Anger Detox by Energetic Pheromones
A transformative emotional healing program designed to help you release anger, judgment, resentment, and self-criticism so they no longer control your emotions, relationships, or future.
Inside this course, you'll find a 20-minute theory session exploring the connection between emotional pain, anger, the inner critic, and the subconscious patterns that often keep us disconnected from our dreams. You'll learn why unresolved emotions create internal resistance and how emotional safety becomes the foundation for personal growth, healthy relationships, and true self-expression.
The program also includes a practical workbook with simple morning and evening rituals designed to cultivate self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional safety. These practices help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a healthier relationship with your emotions.
At the heart of the course is the powerful Anger Detox Practice—a step-by-step exercise designed to be followed for two months and revisited whenever needed throughout your life. This method teaches you how to recognize, understand, process, and release anger before it takes control of your reactions, decisions, and future. You'll gain practical tools to analyze emotional triggers, overcome judgment, regulate intense emotions, and finally break free from destructive emotional patterns.
Through this journey, you'll learn how to regulate your nervous system, protect your energy, stop abandoning yourself emotionally, and respond to life's challenges from a place of awareness rather than reaction.
Instead of creating a highly edited, academic-style course, I wanted to share this material in the same way I would share it with a close friend. The opening lessons are intentionally conversational and personal, reflecting the way I naturally speak when sharing ideas that have deeply impacted my life.
As the course progresses into topics involving neuroscience, consciousness, and quantum theory, you may notice that some sections feel more structured. This is because I often refer to my notes to ensure that complex concepts and terminology are presented as accurately and clearly as possible. English is not my first language, and many of these scientific terms are not part of my everyday vocabulary, so at times I prioritize precision over spontaneity.
I am not presenting myself as a scientist, a guru, or someone who stands above others. I am simply a person who has lived through difficult experiences—times of financial struggle, betrayal, heartbreak, and profound loss. Like many of you, I am still learning, growing, and deepening my understanding of how to consciously direct my energy toward creating the life I want to live.
My intention is not to teach from a pedestal, but to share honestly from lived experience. In fact, being visible has never come naturally to me. Social media and putting myself out into the world have been some of my greatest personal challenges. Yet I chose to do it because I believe there may be people who need to hear what has helped me, just as I once needed guidance from those who shared their own experiences.
The occasional pause, correction, moment of reflection, or glance at my notes is part of that process. Rather than editing away every imperfection, I chose to leave room for authenticity, clarity, and genuine human connection.
I am not here as an expert speaking to an audience. I am simply one human being sharing a path that has helped her heal, grow, and begin creating a more intentional reality, in the hope that some part of it may help you too.
